Albania Grosso
Albania Grosso is a specialist in environmental toxicology and chemical risk assessment with over 30 years’ experience across consultancy, regulation, and research. She holds a BSc in Biological Sciences and two MSc degrees in Ecotoxicology and Environmental Engineering. Her career includes senior roles at the Environment Agency, WCA Environment, ERM, Atkins, and Burns & McDonnell, where she led projects on human and environmental exposure, REACH and CLP compliance, and risk modelling. She has extensive experience with tools such as IUCLID, CHESAR, EUSES, and ECETOC TRA. Since 2010, Albania has been a Director and Partner at AG-HERA Associates, providing expert support on chemical legislation, exposure modelling, and environmental consultancy to major industrial consortia across Europe.
Mark Crane
Mark is an expert in environmental toxicology and risk assessment with over 30 years of experience. He holds a BSc in Ecology and a PhD in Ecotoxicology, and is a Chartered Environmentalist. Mark specialises in assessing the environmental impact of chemicals, setting quality standards for water, soil, and sediments, and developing environmental management frameworks. He has advised government agencies and industry globally and held key roles on several professional committees. Currently, Mark is a Director and partner at AG-HERA Associates, focusing on environmental toxicology and chemical risk assessment.
